Kanye West Drops Hints of a Tour in Lagos and Nairobi -

American hip-hop artist Kanye West has unveiled his touring plans for 2024 and 2025, with Lagos, Nigeria, and Nairobi, Kenya among the countries on his itinerary.

The announcement came through a screenshot of a conversation shared on Kanye West’s Instagram story on Wednesday. According to the screenshot, the suggested tour dates include a performance at Eko Energy City in Lagos, Nigeria, scheduled for December 14, 2024, and at Nyayo International Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya, on December 7, 2024.

The tour is set to kick off in Toronto, Canada, on June 22, 2024, and traverse the United States until August before heading to Mexico. Subsequently, Kanye West will tour Spain, Egypt, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates before making stops in Kenya and Nigeria in December.

Following his performances in Africa, Kanye will proceed to Australia in January 2025, with the tour concluding in Japan in February. The announcement has sparked anticipation among fans, with many already inquiring about ticket availability.

This news follows a similar hint dropped by iconic hip-hop star Nicki Minaj in November 2023, suggesting a potential concert in Nigeria, which left her fans eagerly awaiting further updates.
