House ICT Committee Chairman Praises Governor Makinde’s Appointments in Oyo State.
The Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, has lauded Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State for the quality and caliber of individuals being appointed to his administration.
In a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, Tolu Mustapha, Olajide commended the Governor’s reward system, which has seen dedicated party members and hardworking individuals appointed to various positions.
“Governor Makinde has shown that he is a leader who recognizes and rewards hard work and dedication,” Olajide stated.
He highlighted recent appointments as evidence of the Governor’s commitment to promoting party loyalists and individuals who have significantly contributed to the state’s growth and development.
Notable among these appointments are Dr. Akin Fagbemi as Chairman of the Oyo State Hospitals Management Board, Hon. Ademola Omotosho as Chairman of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, and Hon. Busari Olayemi as Executive Adviser on Inter-Party Affairs.
Olajide, representing Ibadan North-west/Ibadan South-west federal constituency at the national assembly, also congratulated the appointees, describing them as seasoned politicians and professionals who are well-suited for their new roles.
“The Governor’s inclusive style of governance is commendable, and his appointments reflect the diversity of various interest groups and stakeholders in the state,” Olajide added. He urged the appointees to justify the Governor’s confidence by working hard to realize his vision for Oyo State and ensuring the continued enjoyment of democratic dividends by the people.
