BILL LAW

Oyo state Governor Seyi Makinde has signed into law an executive
bill for the establishment of the rule of law enforcement authority for
speedy justice dispensation in the state.

The Governor, who signed the bill into law at the board room of the
Governor’s office in the presence of top government functionaries,

laws ranging from environmental, traffic, indiscriminate dump of refuse
and street trading laws amongst others.

well for the state with the establishment of the agency, stressing that
the rule of law must be duly maintained in-order to thoroughly sanitize
the environment, expand the economy and move the people from
poverty to prosperity.

corridor in the state and anyone apprehended violating any of the
state’s laws would be swiftly arraigned and duly prosecuted, adding
that there would be sufficient advocacy in coming days.

The Governor equally announced the appointment of Retired Justice
Aderonke A Aderemi as chairman of the Oyo state rule of law
enforcement authority.
