Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland Celebrates Governor Makinde, Wife on Aare Omoluabi Chieftaincy Titles in Akure -

The Aare Musulumi of Yoruba Land, Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola (De-Damak) has congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. ‘Seyi Makinde, and his wife, Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, on their installation as Aare Omoluabi and Yeye Aare Omoluabi of Akure Kingdom.

The great honour, bestowed by the Deji of Akure Kingdom, Oba (Dr.) Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, recognizes the couple’s genuine commitment to service, leadership, and the values that define true Yoruba character.

In a statement released by his Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Faysol Oluwakemi, the Aare Musulumi described the titles as fitting to the duo of Enhr. Seyi Makinde and Wife who continue to stand out, not just in political leadership, but in the way they carry themselves with dignity, humility, and a deep sense of responsibility to others.

He noted that Governor Makinde has distinguished himself as a leader with vision and compassion, while Mrs. Makinde has continued to support her husband’s work and touch lives through her own humanitarian efforts in the community.

The Aare Musulumi prayed for strength, wisdom, and continued grace for his Excellency and wife as they take on this new traditional role of Aare Omoluabi and Yeye Aare Omoluabi of Akure Kingdom with honour.
